Well still on track. Absolutely knackered however. Just had a fantastic shower at Heathrow so feeling a little better. I haven't slept since we left Canberra which was quite some time ago. From Hong Kong we followed the Silk Road up through China and across past Mongolia, Iraq, Iran and then across Russia and Germany Holland and Belgium and then onto London. Heading off to Glasgow shortly. More later.
